Identificación y caracterización de mecanismos de articulación de la oferta de la agricultura familiar a mercados
El Grupo de Diálogo Andino -GDA, coordinado por RIMISP y OXFAM, con la participación de líderes de organizaciones de agricultores familiares, los Ministerios de Agricultura y Desarrollo Rural de Colombia, Ecuador, Perú y Bolivia, ONGs relacionadas con la temática, FAO, FIDA e IICA, centra sus esfuerzos de análisis, diálogo y propuestas de políticas públicas, entre otros temas, en la articulación de la oferta de la agricultura familiar hacia los mercados con carácter inclusivo.
Desafíos Institucionales para la Articulación de Políticas Públicas
Los límites a la eficacia de las políticas públicas están dados por problemas en su diseño o en su implementación. El presente trabajo se enfoca en los procesos asociados a la implementación, avanzando una revisión conceptual que busca contribuir a abordar el desafío de las políticas de tener que responder de manera integral a problemas sociales complejos.
